C. Financial Aid

As part of its non-profit educational and social mission, NPC offers financial aid to needy students within its financial resources considering the need to preserve adequate educational standards. This means that the school can only assist a limited number of students. Awards are based on decisions made by the Financial Aid Committee and upon parents' requests submitted before May of the previous academic year. The committee's decision is based on the student's financial need, academic performance, and disciplinary record.
New students or students repeating a class are not entitled to receive financial aid. Financial aid will not cover the cost of school books, transportation, or uniforms. Such aid, moreover, is automatically terminated if the student's grades fall below the passing level.

D. Payment of Tuitions

The tuition is paid in the form of two installments, the first of which is in September, and the second in February. The registration fee for the coming year is paid during the month of May of the current academic year.

The school reserves the right to take appropriate action to ensure the payment of all financial obligations within the given time; this action includes withholding grade report and certification cards.
